This project has been the pioneer of branding in housing sector. Which bring invention and differentiation to the understanding of housing by offering peaceful living spaces with landscaping areas, social facilities, apartment building management services as well as its high quality and functional apartments, has brought together the principles of early delivery and after sales support with the concepts of housing and brand under the same roof.
 
This project, which is the first project of on the Anatolian side, consists of 1576 apartments, 57 thousand square meter offices and commercial areas. The project is rising on an area of 75-acre. With 11 blocks, the project provides 1,672 apartments, 38 commercial units and office blocks. The size of 1+1 apartments in the project varies from 75 to 80 square meters, 2+1 apartments with open kitchen are 108 square meters, 2+1 apartments with closed kitchen are 135 to 136 square meters, 3+1 apartments are 163,37 to 186,01 square meters, 4+1 apartments have a size of 215,75 to 239,98 square meters.
